Ivel Agricultural Motors Ltd was created in 1902. It took over the business of Daniel Albone a motor manufacturer from Biggleswade, Beds. The firms main product was its agricultural motor which could be used for hauling ploughs, driving threshing machinery and other agricultural functions. Due to financial difficulties the firm went into receivership in 1920 and was then taken over by United Motor Industries Ltd in 1922.
