Worc., widow, to James Morris of Stratford, 'Musitioner', and Elizabeth his wife for £8.10 of a cottage, etc. in Walkers Street, alias 'Schollers Lane', having a messuage wherein John Jelfes dwells on the west and a garden lately purchased by Mary Busbey on the east.
