Description

Deed of sale by Elianor Benson of Stratford upon Avon, sole daughter and heir of Susanna Benson, formerly of Hanbury, co. Worc., widow, to James Morris of Stratford, 'Musitioner', and Elizabeth his wife for £8.10 of a cottage, etc. in Walkers Street, alias 'Schollers Lane', having a messuage wherein John Jelfes dwells on the west and a garden lately purchased by Mary Busbey on the east.

Signed by a mark; with seal.

Witnesses: Samuel Sharpe, Richard Newcomb, Nathaniel Mason, Edmund Brooke.
