3 parts of the manor of Burlton als Burleton and of 40 messuages, 20 cofts, 40 gardens, 40 orchards, 1000 acres land 400 acres meadow,1000 acres pasture, 30 acres wood, 100 acres heath, 200 acres moore, 100 acres marsh ground, and 10s rents in Burlton als Burleton and Loppington; 1/4th part of the manor of Hynton and of 20 messuages, 20 gardens, 100 acres land, 100 acres meadow, 500 acres pasture,200 acres wood, 300 acres furze and heath in Hynton and Whitchurch

1. as to the part of Thomas Lawley in premises allotted to Beatrice daughter of Gryffithu Hinton esq deceased her father, to use of Thomas his heirs and assigns for ever
2. as to the part of Agnes Cludde, to the only use of Agnes, her heirs and assigns for ever, as her portion of her father's property
3. as to the part of Thomas Moreton and Mary his wife, to use of them,their heirs and assigns for ever
4. as to the part of John Hules, grandson, to the use of John Hulse his heirs and assigns
