6 pieces of land lying together called the further, middle and nearer fields, the late Woods Croft, Matts Croft and Nans Croft (Jane Downes, widow).

A house with barn and hempbutt (1r) (- Boothby, widow); a house now a pub and the barn and 3 parcels of land - the Croft behind the house, the Croft by the house and Spittle Dale (widow Boothby); piece of land called Mountfords piece (Rd Boothby son of John Boothby decd.); 3 pieces called How Bridge (Rd Boothby); 4 pieces of meadow or pasture, called the Cross fields, Gallants Meadow, Brook field or Washford and the Little Croft (Rd Plumber); piece of land, the Oxley (Walter Tench); a small parcel of land, part of or adjoining to the piece called the Fountain Head (Rd Plumer); a messuage and barn belonging and 4 pieces of land called the Croft behind the house, Spittle Dale, the Washford Croft and the Knocking Meadow (widow Davies); a messuage and garden and small croft (late Ralph Fewtrell); 4 pieces called the lower and upper croft, Bridge Leasows and Spittle field (Rd Boothby); 3 pieces - the meadow, the upper piece and the Boggy Piece (Francis France). A small parcel or close called the Bowling Green (the Rev. Mr Allen), all in Meole Brace.
