Acton, Ashford, Bedfont, Saint Matthew Bethnal Green, Bromley Saint Leonard, Cowley, Cranford, Ealing, Friern Barnet, Fulham, Great Greenford, Saint John Hackney, South Hackney, Hammersmith, Hampstead, Hanwell, Harefield, Harlington, Harrow, Hendon, Ickenham, Isleworth, Kensington, Kingsbury, Laleham, Littleton, Northolt, Paddington, Perivale, Ruislip, Shepperton, South Mimms, Staines, Stanmore Great, Stanmore Little, Stanwell, Stepney, Saint Mary Stratford, Tottenham, Twickenham, Willesden, Saint Margaret Westminster.

The altered apportionments record later major changes in ownership, sub-divisions or alterations of acreage made after the original apportionment was made, listing the names of owners or occupiers and contain plans of the relevant portion of the parish. In particular, the expansion of railways, new roads and any re-allocation under enclosure award and other public works required altered apportionments.

The apportionments are arranged by parish and then chronologically.
