Articles of agreement, indented.
(i) Sir John Wittewronge of Rothamsted, co. Herts., kt. and bt.
(ii) Arthur Weaver of the Inner Temple, London, esq.
a) (i) covenants to pay 13s. 4d. due to Crown on rectory of Tregynon, co. Mtg., conveyed by (i) to (ii) by D2153/297, 298, and to indemnify (ii) from the rent, in consid. of 2s. 4d. to be paid by (ii) annually to (i) as his share of the rent.
b) (i) to deliver to (ii) a copy of the last acquittance for the rent once in 5 yrs.
c) (ii) covenants to pay 2s. 4d. p.a., as above.
