This is one of two small deposits additional to the main collection. It consists of estate records from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The other small deposit contains nineteenth century deeds (DE3199). The bulk of the collection 28D64) consists of deeds, from 1525-1904 but there are also the administration pages of the stewards or agents employed by the absentee landowners from 1721-81 and 1846-80. These with the correspondence of the owners and their agents reveal the working of such an estate in the nineteenth century.
