Report PS276/75. To Jo Pemberton. In view of the failure rate of blades in the Mod.1570 thick discs compared with the original thin discs, an investigation based on dimensional checks has been made. This entailed comparing the slot dimensions of a disc which suffered a blade failure with one without failure. The results including drawings and graphs re. contained in this report
