General Correspondence during the difficult period after the 1921 slump covering advertising, liquidation of J.G Jacksons, discovery of Froggatti Brontispa beetle, Overseas Associated Companies, Co- Partnership, and Lux, lifebouy, and Rinso Sales 1906-1923 (piece 97), commission of miniature soap for Queen Mary's Doll House 1924, n.b many of the letters are loose and are therefore missing pages. n.b Files 162C and 162D regarding the special committee from Febraury 1924-January 1925 and Lord Lever's last trip to the Congo and West Africa, and 164A the first file covering the Pacific Island Co Ltd covering it's formation from November 1902- December 1904 are missing. February 1922 - January 1924
