This series is largely complete, although there is a gap in the records for September 1965 to April 1967, and January to August 1968. A further casualty register, covering the period 1939-1949, can be found under reference MH/T4/Kez 1. It should be possible to find emergency patients who were subsequently admitted in the in-patient registers [MH/T4/Ki].
These volumes give the date; patient reference number; name, age and address of patients; occupation; if contributor; time arrived; time seen; diagnosis; treatment/if admitted; name of the doctor; results (A, B or C).
