Draft letter from the Poor Law Board, to Charles Wright, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, confirming appointment of Robert Ostler to relieving officer for North Elmham district. In accordance with Art 173 of the General Consolidated Order 27 July 1847 they direct that his annual salary is paid by the guardians.
