Covenant to suffer recovery to uses
1. on the property in which Hannah Jones now has an interest, to her use for present terms
2. on property in which Robinson has an interest, to his use for that term
3. the rest to use of Lazarus Venables for life, Elizabeth his wife for life, after to use of trustees to preserve contingent remainders during life of Venables and after during life of Elizabeth and after to use of sons in succession or daughters, in default of any issue to use of Hannah Jones for life and right heirs of the survivor of L and H. Provision for them to lease the property for terms not exceeding 21 years. During their joint lives, Lazarus and Elizabeth may charge the estate with sums not exceeding £1000 for any purpose; if they have more than one child, they may at any time raise sums not exceeding £1000 for the benefit of younger children. Provision to allow the sale or exchange of the property for other and investment of proceeds in case of sale
