Forder Street, formerly the property of Peter Counter and Ann his wife and William Seaward, from whom Gilbert Scott purchased it in ruins and afterwards built the dwellinghouses there, lately in the occupation of William Stevens and Edward Cragg as tenants to Gilbert Frost, but now unoccupied, bounded in the front towards the south by the street, north by the curtilage of the houses being conveyed, west by buildings belonging to George Bragg, and east by a passage leading to the said curtilage and another curtilage and premises belonging to William Holman
