Papers relating to the contract between Brunner, Mond & Company Limited and Lever Brothers Limited, which bound Brunner, Mond & Co to supply Alkali to Lever Brothers on specially favourable terms. i.e no other buyer could have alkali at a lower price. Breach of this contract led to a lawsuit in 1925 which Brunner, Mond & Co Ltd settled out of court for £l'000'000.
