Ecles of Grantham Lincs., widow, and Mary wife of Thos. Rushby of Stamford Lincs., coachman.
Money on settlement to trustee and executor Thos. Caparn of Newark, chemist, to pay:-
1/3 to Eliz. Ecles.
1/3 to Mary R. for life, then to E.E.
1/3 to nephew Jos. Holmes of Grantham, cord-wainer, s. of late sis. Nancy H., for life, then to children.
Codicil: Thos. C. having died, sons Wm. John, and Rich. Caparn trustees and executors.
