Lease and release, the release being a conveyance by Richard Fowler (as above) to Henry Milward of Redditch, co. Worcs., needlemaker, and William Field of Ipsley, co. Warwick, needle-maker, his trustee, in consideration of £45 of a piece of land in Broad Meadow, Studley.
Signed: Richd: Fowler, Henry Milward with seals.
Witnesses: Wm: Welch Lea, Wm: Fowler.
With a letter dated 3 April 1839 from R.H. H[obbes] to Chas.Jones, esq., concerning a later conveyance of the same
