1a. 80 notebooks including accounts of travels and family life. Labelling in red ink added after Rosalind Heyworth Dobb's death possibly by historian Barbara Caine in the course of research for book about the Potter sisters (Destined to be wives, OUP), or by her daughter Kitty Muggeridge. Post-it notes added by Beatrice Painter at the time of donation. 1b. Loose pages and fragments.
2a. Typescripts and manuscript notebooks concerning memoirs.
2b. Photocopy of typescript, inscribed 'CONFIDENTIAL' (presumably by Rosalind Heyworth Dobbs). Later annotated (by B. Caine?) ' Rosie Autobiography, Part 1'
2c. Typescripts (many incomplete) and one manuscript sheet detailing travels, written by Rosalind Heyworth Dobbs based on her diaries.
3a. Letters from Rosalind Heyworth Dobbs to her son Noel.
3b. Letters between Rosalind Heyworth Dobbs and her second husband, George C Dobbs.

7. Photograph album (no covers) together with the following note written by Rosalind's daughter-in-law Joyce Dobbs: ‘Photo album from 1898- the year of P’s parents’ marriage. Starting with some from Capri where they met and Venice where they honeymooned’. P is Joyce’s husband Sealey Patrick Dobbs (SPD in the album).
