Thomas Clark of Preston, clerk Conveyance by 1 to 2 of plot of land in the Maudlands, Preston, measuring in length 181 feet and in breadth 108 feet, and containing 2,178 superficial square yards, reciting the will of Edward Pedder, late of Ashton Park, Esq., deceased, of which 1 was a trustee, a case in Chancery brought by the creditors of the late E.P. and a decree of Chancery ordering the real estate of the late E.P., including the land in this transaction, to be sold to pay the creditors, reciting the deed of 7 Feb. 1862
