(i) Thomas Lucas, esq., of Little Saxham to (ii) John Aleyn, citizen and Alderman of London, Simon Ryce, Alexander Plymley, John Baker, gent., Nicholas Stathum and John Harryson, clerk.
Grant of the manor of Risby called Charmans, with appurtenances in Risby, Barrow, Saxham, Lackford, Flempton and West Stow, with liberties of folds, etc., excepting lands called Charmans fen alias Germans fen; with all lands, etc., which (i) lately acquired from William Chyld.
To hold to (ii) to the use of Thomas Kytson, citizen and mercer of London, and his heirs.
Warrantly clause.
Witnesses to delivery of seisin: John Jemys of Risby; William Peyton; Laurence Makerowe; Richard Talbott; Thomas Schepp; Robert Coole, all of Risby; Thomas Longe of Culford, butcher.
Endorsement of note of appointment of attorneys:- John Cok and William Coke.
