Description

Particulars and conditions of sale of property and land in 1923 Bedford and Kempston to be sold by auction by Harry Ball at the Red Lion Hotel, Bedford on July 13th 1923 by direction of the trustees of the late Mrs Lucy Haines viz:

(a) 13 and 15 Muswell Road in occupation of Purser and Wilson.

(b) 17 and 19 Muswell Road in occupation Litchfield and Nickerson

(c) 29, 31 and 33 Cavendish Street in occupation of Hulatt, Austin and Newman.

(d) 56, Westbourne Road with gas and electric light and gardens front and rear in occupation of Charles Thompson

(e) 54, Westbourne Road in occupation of Sidney Fuller

(f) 3 cottages at Wood End, Kempston with gardens (39p) in occupation of Fredrick Newberry, H Beard and George Beard

(g) Plot of land at Box End, Kempston (cÅa) in occupation of Mr Dale

Conditions of sale derive title with Conveyances as follows:

(a) - (b) 15 April 1908 (c) September 29th 1911, (d) (e) March 25 1908, (f) 28th September 1909, and (g) 22nd July 1911.

(a) & (b) are sold subject to restrictive covenants etc in Indentures dated 14th May 1870 between The British Land Company (1) and George Jackson Cocking (2) and 20th June 1879 between George Jackson Cocking (1) and Charles Phillys Bryant (2) and (d) (e) subject to the same in an Indenture dated 15th February 1896 between John Gadsley Coventry Campion and Samuel Constant.
