Consideration:- the marriage of Forrester and Dawes, and £200 secured to her by Old's bond, with £5 agreed to be paid by him to her sole use as satisfaction for money due from her father Thomas Dawes on the bond of her grandfather John Dawes and of £20 from the executors of Elizabeth Dawes spinster and £20 for a legacy under the will of her aunt Elizabeth Old deceased.

Conveyance in trust for 4 messuages with a barn, stable, and garden in Newport above the Upper Barr (late of John Forrester deceased, grandfather of John Forrester party), near the place where the Upper May Pole lately stood, called the Bell (tenant Anne Hughs); 2 messuages in the Middle Row near the Market Cross (tenant Anne Court widow, mother of John Forrester, and Thomas Middleton), to use of Forrester and wife, and to raise £200 for any children. Covenant to surrender a copyhold messuage and land, and Shepherds meadow (now divided in 3) in the manors of Edgmond and Little or Church Aston respectively, to use of Forrester, wife, and heirs.
