SSC/42: 1980 Nautical Almanac (used in crossing of Antarctica) -- 1982 Nautical Almanac (used in Arctic crossing).

SSC/42: Photocopy of personal navigation notebook carried by R. Fiennes. Entries in ink, pencil and print. Original retained by R. Fiennes.

Taken from an original painting commissioned for presentation to His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, Patron of the Transglobe expedition and commemorating the arrival of Sir Ranulph Fiennes and Mr Charles Burton at the North Pole on Easter Day 1982'.
