Decretal Order

In a suit between Ralph Drake, John Drake, Edward Northey, and Anne his wife, Martha Drake, Julias Deedes, esq. and Eliza his wife and Sarah Drake, plaintiffs, and John Jewell, executor of Richard Jewell decd., Charles Driver and Mary his wife late Mary Drake, executor of Thos. Drake decd., and Mary Jewell, defendants, in a claim by plaintiffs for an Account of the personal estate and rents and profits of the real estate of Ralph Drake decd, It was found that there remained in the hands of the said John Jewell to be paid to the plaintiffs the sum of £620.3s.3d. And it was ordered that this sum be paid and that the said John Jewell assign and release the trust to the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs to pay to the defendants Driver and his wife £135.19s.2d. and their costs. The defendant Jewell to pay the plaintiffs costs of the suit
