1. John Davies of Peniarth.
2. Mary Davies, his mother.
Articles of agreement.
1. That he shall pay £20 to each of his sisters Mary Sarah and Anne and to maintain his mother as long as he shall continue single. She promises to manage his affairs in doors. If she ceases to do this for any reason and leaves he shall pay her £4 yearly. In any case he is to give her the yearly sum of not exceeding 20/-.
She assigns all her right and interests in law or equity to her dowry or jointure or any part of her late husband's estate.
Witnesses: Isaac Griffis, George Higgins.
Signed John Davies and the mark of Mary Davies.
