The church of All Saints, High Street, Kings Heath was erected in 1859. A parish was assigned to it out of St. Nicolas's, Kings Norton and St. Mary's, Moseley in 1863. The living had the status of a perpetual curacy from 1863 until 1866 when it became a vicarage. The patronage is in the gift of the vicar of St. Mary, Moseley
Parts of All Saints parish were taken to form the parishes of St. Mary Magdalen, Hazelwell (1932) and Holy Cross, Billesley Common (1837)
