Freehold premises at Birkendale and Upperthorpe, and in Sydney and Roebuck Roads, Steelbank, with a leasehold public house, 'The White Lion', with an adjacent cottage, both in Barker's Pool. To be sold by John Allison at his auction mart in Change Alley, Sheffield, by order of the Trustees under the will of Charles Allison, decd. 10 June 1879.
Endorsement: contract for purchase by Herbert Unwin, of Sheffield, brewer, for lot 3 ('The White Lion' and cottage) for £1020.
