Description

Footpath between turnpike road from Penshurst to Tonbridge and Southborough Shirth or Common through Bounds Estate 202 rods [1,111 yards] long, to be diverted to new line through lands of Dupré, Earl of Caledon, 184 rods [1,012 yards] long

Order: at Tonbridge, 2 June 1819, with plan (scale: 131/3 inches to mile) surveyed by J. King.

Consent of Earl of Caledon, 20 May 1819.

Affidavit concerning service and publication of notices, 15 July 1819.
