Description - Construction of the following:
1. Railway commencing by a junction with the Great Eastern Railway, Hertford branch, and terminating in the parish of All Saints, Hertford.
2. Railway commencing by a junction with the Great Eastern Railway, Enfield branch, about 20 yards South-East of the station, and terminating at a point 70 yards West of Enfield (co. Middlesex.) Station.
3. An embankment and wharf along the Eastern bank of the River Nene, in the parish of Wisbech St. Peter, (co. Cambridgeshire).
4. A tramway (no. 1) commencing near the western bank of the Osborn Road, in the parish of Wisbech St. Peter, passing along the eastern bank of the River Nene, and terminating at Cornhill in the same parish.
5. A tramway (no. 2) commencing by a junction with tramway no. 1, at Cornhill in the parish of Wisbech St. Peter and terminating by a junction with the Wisbech harbour branch of the G.E.R. near the road which forms a continuation of Chase Street, Wisbech.
6. A tramway (no. 3) commencing in Lynn Road, Wisbech, by a junction with tramway no. 2 at a point opposite Bedford Street, then passing through Bedford Street, Queen Street, and terminating in the road leading from the Old Roman Bank to the bank of the River Nene.
7. A tramway (no. 4) commencing by a junction with the tramway no. 1, at the West end of Russell Street and terminating by a junction with the tramway no. 2, at the East end of Russell Street, Wisbech.
8. A tramway (no. 5) commencing by a junction with tramway no. 1 at the West end of Silver Street and terminating by a junction with tramway no. 2 at the East end of Silver Street, Wisbech.
9. A tramway (no. 6) commencing by a junction with tramway no. 1 at a point midway between the Old Sluice and Crane Wharf and terminating at a point in the Old Horse Fair, Wisbech.
10. An alteration in the authorised levels of railway no. 3 of the G.E.R., Metropolitan Station and Railways Act, 1864.
11. An alteration in the levels of the railway authorised by the G.E.R. (Ramsey Branch) Act, 1865.
Passing through the following parishes:
1. Parishes of St. Johns and All Saints, Hertford, (co. Hertfordshire).
2. Enfield (co. Middlesex.)
3-9. Wisbech St. Peter (co. Cambridgeshire).
10. St. Matthew, Bethnal Green, St. John, Hackney, St. Botolph, Bishopsgate, (all co. Middlesex).

- Plan and sections, Wisbech section only. 2 sheets each 20 x 30.
- Book of reference.
- Ordnance Survey sheet, scale 1 inch to 1 mile.
- Printed summary of bill.
