Memorandum that Thomas Pearce of Chapel House, on behalf of his father, Thomas Pearce of Sydnall Farm, gives up all interest in the farm and to the lease of it granted to him by Thomas Bishton and on account settled between George Jones, proprietor of the farm, to whom the lease is given up. Balance due to George Jones from Thomas Pearce snr. is £174 3s 5d.
