Individual case papers, produced by the following members of medical staff of the Hospital: H. Sidney Forsdike, Martin H. Oldershaw, Leonard G. Phillips, Mr Burt-White, Alan Brews, Douglas Macleod, W. R. Winterton, W. C. W. Nixon, Mr Fouracre Barns, Mr Neon Reynolds, Mr Hughes, and Mr Dickenson.

Arrangement

The case books have been arranged chronologically by year. The individual papers within the case books have been bound together into volumes by year, by the relevant member of staff.
