Recital of indenture of 25 December 1793 (S.R.O.1267/14) and two mesne assignments, ultimately an indenture of 25 March 1819 (S.R.O.1267/21) by which the property became vested in Clayton for the residue of a term of 1000 years to secure payment of £700
Recital of lease and release of the day before and even date (S.R.O.1267/24-25)
Consideration: £700 paid by Stanier and 10s by T.B. Grove
Assignment of the remainder of the term, discharged from the debt, in trust for Stanier and to attend the inheritance

Recital of indenture of even date, assigning the £12,000 mortgage
Thomas Barker Grove died 3 October 1829. By will dated 30 May 1820 he appointed James Amphlett Grove sole executor. Will proved PCC 17 April 1830
Consideration: 10s paid to Grove by Boycott
Assignment of the property comprised in the term of 1000 years created 1793 and assigned to Thomas Barker Grove (except such parts as have been sold and such parts as are now vested in James Amphlett Grove) for the residue of the term, in trust to secure Pritchard and Pugh the due payment of the £12,000 and interest, and after in trust for Thomas Plowden Presland his heirs and assigns, and to dispose as he or they shall direct
