Folios 473-474. Letter from Charles Wright, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, to the Local Government Board, requesting sanction for the payment of £1 extra medical fees to Horace Hastings for his attendance upon Martha Luck in a case of accidental haemorrhage on 6 February 1873. Wright explains Dr Hastings was late in submitting his bill.
Copy of a resolution passed by the Guardians 6 October 1873, to award Horace Hasting the sum of £1 extra medical fees for attendance on Martha Luck.
