(i) John Parker of St. Peter Martin, doctor of Physic; Thomas Warr of the same, porkseller; Thomas Carver of the same, baker; John Whitehouse of the parish of St. Paul, schoolmaster; Jon. Baxter, late of St. Peter Martin, but now of Kent, yeoman; John Kenworthy of St. Peter Martin, carpenter; feoffees or trustees of property below.
(ii) William Parker of the parish of St. Mary, merchant.
Rent: £3 per annum.
A new erected messuage with backside, formerly in the occupation of John Rose, now of Mary Parker, widow, abutting E. on St. Peter's green, S. on a tenement of Thomas Carver (late Limbey Grummett), N. on a messuage of John Parker.
