Articles of marriage between Samuel Holtham of Stratford-upon-Avon, cooper, and Eleanor Newman, of Old Stratford, spinster, covenanting for the conveyance in settlement by the said Samuel Holtham to Hugh Clopton, Esq., and Thomas Woolmer, gent., of a messuage, etc. in Bridge Street.
Signed by the parties and Hugh Clopton.
With schedule of goods and chattels of Eleanor Newman who also had an annuity of £10 payable to her for life by Agnes Keyt, widow, executrix of the will of William Keyt Esq., her late husband.
Witnesses: Hannah Carlis, John Padmore, Thomas Woolmer.
