Particulars and Conditions of Sale of Land and Property at Wootton to be sold by auction by Messrs W & H Peacock at the Swan Hotel, Bedford, on Saturday June 17th 1905, by order of the mortgagee viz:
(a) "The Elms", Wootton, Bedford with two orchards and stabling with coachhouse standing in c 2a of grounds in occupation of George Waldy Esq
(b) The Farm Homestead with cottage, barn and outhouses containing 24a 1r 9p now in occupation of William Nicholls
Conditions of sale derive title to (a) from an indenture of mortgage of 20 February 1897, and refers to a deed of 16th May 1888
