By the time this letter reaches Hill, Mr. Wycherley will be in London where he intends to receive Hill's moneys. Chambre will tomorrow well instruct himself as to the Conveyances proper to Hill's purpose.
Mr. Wycherley says that the chief rents are 13s. 9d. from Houlston and 3s. 5d. from Houghton and Yorton "wch I cannot think are trifles".
Notes in Hill's hand on the rents etc. of Mr. Wycherley's estates.
