Glass slide, taken by F M Bailey during the Younghusband Mission to Tibet, 1903-4. Numbered: 81 (green circular sticker). Title on slide: Potala, Lhasa. Image features: Man with horse in foreground, trees on rising slope, Potala just glimpsed above. Copy negative, contact sheet and low contrast 'postcard' print made (2004).
