This document must be the map, listed in ACC 364/60, page 730, as 'Map of lands at Rodmell as purchased of Saxby and Tompsett, 1829', which entry is annotated 'sent to Messrs Williams and James 1917 for mortgage of part of the New Estate'. The document was offered for sale at Gazes Auction Rooms, Diss, Norfolk in about 2004 and sold by the purchaser to ESRO at a nominal price on 4 July 2007.
