(2) Jonathan Truman, the younger, of Nottingham, gent.
For £100, (1) to (2)
Moiety of 2 cottages in Oxton and homestead and close belonging, Strawberry close, 10 ac. land in fields of Oxton. All now in occ. of William Hayther and Matthew Barrowcliffe, late of inheritance of Edward Singleton, late father of Elizabeth Sommers. For use of (2).
