Probate Will of Thomas Lello of Clun, yeoman, dated 4 May 1803
1. "Premises aforesaid" to Grandson Thomas Evans.
2. Land in Clun bought of Guiles and Gill, land called the Blackwell or Owen a Bowen, house and lands bought of Mr. Acton, land bought of Mr. Tonna at the Crossways, the house I live in and the house Mrs. Middleton lives in and the lands adjoining, to Grandson Thomas Evans, charged with £300 legacy to granddaughter Elizabeth Evans at age 21 or her marriage.
3. £20 to sister Mary Striker. [Shuker]
4. £20 to Sarah Lello, daughter of aunt Sarah Lello.
5. Livestock and implements to grandson Thomas Evans.
6. Furniture to be divided between Thomas and Elizabeth Evans.
7. Thomas Evans to pay debts and funeral expenses.
8. Appoints John Morris of Pentrenant and Thomas Matthews of Clun trustees until Thomas Evans is 21.
9. Exor: Thomas Price.
