(1) Rich. Watts of Fenney Compton Warks., weaver and wife Alice.
(2) Wm. Wilson of Hampton Curlue Warks., yeo., and wife Mary.
(3) Rob. Chernocke of Bednocke Parke Warks., gent.
Thos. Reynolds of Norton Curlue Warks., husb., and wife Anne.
(1) & (2) before end of Easter Term 1667 to levy a fine to (2) of shopp or little parcel of building with appurts. near North end of the great Bridge in Mill Streete in Warwick, in corner dividing highways leading to St. Nicholas Church and parish of St. Mary, adjoining freehold of Rob. Lord Brooke on backside; the shopp heretofore parcel of waste of manor of Warwicke and afterwards granted by copy court roll and since purchased in fee farm by Edward Smith under yearly rent of 6d. paid H.M's receipt of Exchequer among other ancient copyhold rents of manor of Warwicke. Also messuage and adjoining Greene Yard Close with appurts. in Norton Curlue as in deed above. Sig.; marks & seals of (1) & (2).
