Description

Of (1) A public house 'The King of Prussia', in Bayley Lane, Coventry, occupied by John Burden. (2) Three houses in Bayley Lane, Coventry, in the occupation of Martha Paul, late of Henry Abell and John Goode; Henry Abell and William Lucas. These houses were formerly the property of James Wyatt, father of the mortgagee and devised on the mortgagor by will 1785, being conveyed by lease and release and fine through William and Anne Buck (see PA 171/7/1). Covenant that the Mortgagee is to hold the property in fee simple with right of inheritance. Endorsements in respect of the morgagee agreeing to the term being extended for 6½ years from the date of the deed and receipt of £270 from the mortgagee by the mortgagor.
