Papers concerning lectures at Yatesbury given by political and other public figures, including courses on allied countries after the war, 1943 (ff.1-88v), religious, economic, social and political problems after the war, 1943 (ff. 91-126), independent views in Parliament, 1944 (ff.127-52), and social changes after the war, 1945 (ff.153-9). Also papers concerning performances of a play by Dorothy L. Sayers entitled 'Man Born to be King', and of Brahms' Requiem at Yatesbury in 1944 (ff.163-79).
Papers concerning arrangements by Collins for a proposed conference, which was never held, to discuss reform of the Church of England after the war under the presidency of George Bell, Bishop of Chichester, at Elphinsward, Haywards Heath, 1945-6 (ff.213-337).
