1) Rev. Thomas Gisborne the elder of Yoxall Lodge, (Staff.) clerk, and Thos. Gisborne, younger, esq., eldest son and heir apparent of T.G. above, late student of Trinity College, Cambridge, now of Burgleigh Fields p. Loughborough (Leics.).
2) Wm. Strutt of Derby, esq.
Reciting indentures of lease and release of 2, 3 Dec. 1808 now (1) to (2) to produce deeds relating to that conveyance. With schedule of deeds 1640-1773.
