Abstract of title to four perpetual rent charges in lieu of great tithes, payable out of four farms in the parish of Loxley commencing with an act of Parliament of 30 George II (1756-7) and ending with an indenture dated 4 February 1808 between William White of Artillery Place, Finsbury Square, co. Middx., gent., of the first part, John Allen of Golden Square, co. Middx., esq. of the 2nd part, Alexander Hale Strong of Lincolns Inn, esq. of the third part, Edward Battersbee of Stratford-upon-Avon, esq. of the fourth part, William Sandford of New Bond Street, co. Middx., wine-merchant, of the fifth part and Robert Bodle of Woolston Hall in the parish of Chigwell, co. Essex, of the sixth part.
