Description

(1) George de Ligne Gregory of Harlaxton, esq.

(2) Henry Bell of Grays Inn, Middx., gent.

(3) William Pennyman of Little Ponton, esq.

For the barring and extinguishing of all estates tail in the property hereby released, (1) releases to (2) property as above, to the intent to make (2) tenant to the freehold, so that a recovery may be suffered. Agreed that (3) shall sue out a writ of entry whereby he shall demand the said property against (2), and that (2) shall vouch over to warranty (1). The recovery to be to the use of George de Ligne Gregory, his heirs and assigns for ever.
