Lease and release 28 & 29 September 1827
Property as in 279/85
It has been agreed that for the more punctual payment of the interest on £8000 a receiver should be appointed for collecting and receiving the rents and profits of the said manor and by this indenture they appoint William Cooper receiver agent and attorney who shall have the right to distrain in the event of non-payment.
Witnesses: Wm. Morgan, John Mansell clerk to Mr. Cooper solicitor Shrewsbury.
