Describes work to publicise idea of Census protest. Wrote to all Suffrage Societies asking for support. All interested and promised to spread idea among members but only Writers could take it up officially. Promises hospitality if Mrs Solomon and her daughter are in difficulties; Mrs Despard is a householder. Good news that 'our Bill (is) being balloted for'
