All real and other personal estate to Chas. Oakland and Hugh Edgson of Nottm., chemists, in trust to pay £1500 to wife for life, then to s. James for life, then to his wife for life, then to children. In default of issue ½ to testator's next of kin, and ½ to his wife's.
Residue to s. Jas.
G.O. and H.E. executors. Will: 13 June 1881.
