Property: a third part of sum of 2d by tale(?) out of every £ weight tray of silver monies coined (originally granted to Dame Barbara Villiers by Letters Patent), and of annuity of £500 coming out of the profits of post lines, etc called Wyenaux (originally granted by Letters Patent to Dame Barbara Villiers).
