Parties 1) Hon Sir Edward Villiers the elder, of St Martins in the Fields, Middlesex, Brother of 2a 2a) George Lord Viscount Grandison 2b) Hon Henry Howard, esq., Brother of James Earl of Suffolk 2c) Richard Britt of Richmond, Surrey, esq. 3) Sir Edward Villiers the younger, Kt, son & heir of 1 [Later became 1st Earl of Jersey] 4) Barbara Chiffinch, only daughter and child of William Chiffinch, esq., Keeper of the Clossett to His Majesty. Property: a third part of sum of 2d by tale(?) out of every £ weight tray of silver monies coined (originally granted to Dame Barbara Villiers by Letters Patent), and of annuity of £500 coming out of the profits of post lines, etc called Wyenaux (originally granted by Letters Patent to Dame Barbara Villiers). Consideration: Marriage between 3 & 4. Notes: 1 and 2 assign to 3.
